What is it?As well as the Primary & Secondary navigation you can also display internal page tabs, simply and easily using the engine code provided! Tutorial: Internal Page NumbersStep 1 Login to your CMS area for your site. Step 2 Click the tab [Edit] to edit your page, locate the “Home” page as this is where we will be adding the page numbers. Step 3 In the edit window input some text, for this example it says: Page 1 - text goes here Page 2 - text goes here Page 3 - text goes here Step 4 Now to split the text into 3 individual pages, add the following code between each bit of text that you would like to split into seperate pages: ---page-break--- Step 5 Your text should look something similar to this: Page 1 - text goes here ---page-break--- Page 2 - text goes here ---page-break--- Page 3 - text goes here Once you have inputted the Internal Page Number code click [Save changes] and then have a look at your website’s Home page. Please note: you will need to refresh the page of your website to view the changes. The output should now be similar to this:Page 1 - text goes here |
