What is it?This is an area to manage your [Images] that are to be associated with your website. From this section you can [View], [Upload] and [Delete] all or any of the [Images] including [Skin Images] to and from your website. Some examples of files that can be used in this section: JPEG (.jpg), GIF (.gif), BMP (.bmp), PNG (.png), TIF (.tif) etc BrowseVia the [Browse] section you can browse through the images that are associated with your website. Any [Images] that you [Upload] will be displayed in this section. The [Browse] feature is relative to the [Folder] that you are browsing – you can select which [Image] folder to browse into via the folders marked [Page Images], [Current Skin] and [All skins]. Example: If you wanted to view the images that are being used in the [Current Skin] you would click onto [Browse] and then onto the tab marked [Current Skin]. SearchVia the [Search] section you can search through the images that have been uploaded to your website. The [Search] feature is relative to the [Folder] that you are browsing – you can select which [Image folder] to search through via the folders marked [Page Images], [Current Skin] and [All skins]. Example: To search for an image that has been uploaded to your [Image] folder, you would click the tab marked [Search] and the folder marked [Page Images]. Via the field provided you would enter a search term, for instance LOGO, and then click the [Submit] button to begin the search. Any results that match the search term LOGO will then be displayed. UploadVia the [Upload] section you can [upload] individual images to either your [Images Folder] or to the current [Skin Folder]. The difference is that any image uploaded to the [Skin] folder will be available for use in the [Skin] of your website. Any image that is uploaded to the [Images Folder] will be available to use in the content/pages of your website. Edit skin imagesBy clicking on the tab marked [Edit skin images] you will be redirected to the [Skin Images] section of the CMS. This is the main area to utilize any uploaded images into the [Skin] of the website. View folder: Page ImagesThe [Browse] and [Search] feature will look in the [Page Images] folder View folder: Current skinThe [Browse] and [Search] feature will look in the [Current Skin] folder Engine CodeThe [Engine Code] is the code that is assigned to each image that you upload. You can [cut] and [paste] this code into a [Page] or into the [HTML] sections of the CMS, and the image will then be displayed on your website. Please click here to view the [Engine Code] section for further [Image] options CreatedThis is the date that the [Image] was uploaded SizeThis is the file size of the [image] that has been uploaded DeleteAt anytime you can [Delete] an [image] from your website by clicking the [Delete] button on the same line of an [image] that isnt required anymore. |
